All reservations must be from Saturday at 5 pm to Saturday at 10 am at the latest.
from Sunday at 5 pm to Sunday at 10 am at the latest.
During the low-season, bookings may be taken for mid-week.
The rental rates shown are for one week and one apartment (excluding supplements and optional extras).
Costs such as water and electricity are included in the price.
During your stay you are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of your apartment.
Upon departure, the apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition (otherwise the €40/50/60 final cleaning service will be charged).

Animals are not permitted.
Booking conditions: a 30% deposit must be paid when the reservation is made.
A bill or a voucher for your stay will be sent as soon as your deposit is received.
The outstanding balance must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival.


A deposit of 30% of the total rental price must be paid for all bookings.
Payment is accepted by cheque, holiday vouchers, bank card or bank transfer.
Cancellation of your stay must be confirmed in writing at least 30 days before your arrival.
The apartments are for 4 people maximum. Installing an extra bed is not permitted.
Tents, caravans and vehicles are not authorised in the communal areas.
A private parking area is available for vehicles.


A deposit of 30% of the overall price of your stay is taken from your bank card on the day of your booking.
Unless we are told otherwise, the outstanding balance for the rental is debited from your bank card 30 days before the beginning of your stay.
If the booking is made within the 30 days before your arrival, the total rental cost is taken directly.


The client must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form.
The client must also check that the details given on the form are correct.
The Card Security Code must be provided for all payments by bank card (shown on the rear of your bank card).


Tourist tax: €1 per person per day.
A refundable security deposit of €150 or official identification must be provided.
Bathroom towels: €7 per person/per replacement.
Bed linen: €7 per person/per replacement.
Final cleaning (optional): €40/50/60, depends on the apartment's type.
Baby cot: €17.


The keys are made available on the day of your arrival from 5 pm. Please inform us of any late arrivals (after 7 pm) by telephone (00 33 (0)4 95 65 30 09), by fax (00 33 (0)4 95 65 14 69) or by email (v2leol@orange.fr).
The apartment must be vacated no later than 10 am on the day of your departure.
In case of an early departure (before 7 am), the final formalities will be completed the day before.


All changes or cancellations must be made in writing.

The charges payable by the client vary depending on the date of the cancellation:
More than 30 day before the beginning of your stay – total reimbursement of the amount paid less €40 to cover handling fees.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival: 25% of the cost of your stay.
Between 14 and 8 days before your arrival: 50% of the cost of your stay.
Between 7 and 2 days before your arrival: 75% of the cost of your stay.
Less than 2 days before your arrival: 100% of the cost of your stay.
In case of non-arrival: 100% of the cost of your stay.

No reimbursements will be forthcoming for early departures during your stay or for late arrivals.
You are advised to take out a cancellation insurance policy or to refer to your credit card contract.
If, through circumstances beyond its control, the Résidence Thalassa finds itself forced to change or to cancel all or part of a client’s stay, the client can either:
Cancel the stay and reclaim the total amount paid, excluding damages and interest; or
Accept an alternative proposed by the Résidence Thalassa.


The Résidence Thalassa is in no way liable in case of loss, theft or damage to personal effects in the residence, the apartments, the car park or the communal areas.
The Résidence Thalassa cannot be held responsible for force majeure events or any occurrence resulting from a third party.
The Résidence Thalassa cannot be held responsible in the event of unfavourable weather conditions, local events or more generally for any occurrence beyond its control necessitating the withdrawal of certain amenities.
